It is a must for an architectural photographer to be ready to leave at a moment’s notice. There are times when I have waited up to a month for weather to cooperate so I can photograph a particular view. I would have missed the opportunity if I hadn’t had my van loaded with lighting and camera gear, and ready to roll. The plight of a location photographer! And even when conditions are not ideal, if your architectural photographer is good, he can light a building and compose the scene to give you an excellent product.
