Twilight photography is fun. Period. But it is also hard work, taking at least a couple of hours to pull it off properly, and often an hour more. Most people love the drama and romance of the vivid colors, even if they aren't realistic. But I'm not in the business of selling realism; I sell image: your image, or rather, your company's image. A good architectural photographer can romaticise a mundane view, and put the awe into an awesome project. Never underestimate the value of looking good or of a good looking photo!
