Shooting with a 4 X 5 camera has many advantages over taking pictures with a 35mm camera, but by no means do I insist on taking all my architectural photographs with a view camera. It’s a reality in today’s economic world that a company can’t always afford all its work to be shot in large format. A good architectural photographer will be able to capture the essence of a room with any camera. Of course the client won’t have the great resolution without the large format.
